Remote Support Help Desk
Tech 360 offers a remote support service which allows an engineer to connect to your PC remotely via the internet so that we can solve the problem you are having without the need for you to bring your PC to us, or the need for us to visit you. Of course not all problems are solvable via remote support, but many common problems are.
Terms and Conditions
- This is not a free service.
Remote support sessions are billed based on the amount of time spent on the problem. Our general labour rate also applies to remote support. Please visit our services page for details of our current general labour rate. Minimum charge for remote service is 15 minutes and further charges are billed in 15 minute blocks (or part thereof).
- You must contact us before you proceed below.
We require you to contact us not only because we need to obtain your personal and billing information and a description of the problem, but also because the remote support software provides you with an ID and password that we need before an engineer can connect to your PC.
- Security and Privacy.
Our remote support service features completely secure data channels with key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding, the same security standard used by https/SSL. Any information exchanged between the customer and Tech 360 during remote support sessions will only be used for support and customer records purposes. The customer is still able to see everything that the Tech 360 engineer is doing during the remote support session, and the customer may terminate the remote connection at any time.
