About Us

Tech 360 was established in November 2010 by Aaron Holden, who had previously been trading under the name Ren IT. As a result of the strain put on the Australian IT industry by the global financial crisis Aaron decided to re-evaluate his approach to providing IT products and services by introducing a new business name and model. These changes included new services aimed at businesses as well as a simpler approach to designing desktop PC products for businesses and consumers.

Tech 360 Manager / Computer Engineer - Aaron Holden.

Aaron is a computer engineer and IT specialist with more than 12 years experience in IT. Aaron holds a number of certifications including a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, which he completed in 2007 at Southern Cross University, NSW. Aaron's IT experience extends to several areas of computing, but his current primary passion is in hardware and software diagnostics. In the near future Aaron also intends to obtain formal Microsoft certifications in server administration and Customer Relationship Management applications. Aaron also had a strong passion for the arts, including cinema, literature, music, graphic design, and writing.
